Where we deliver

We deliver across the UK, and further afield wherever our suppliers are able to fulfil an order. Availability and delivery pricing vary by product, destination and the delivery option you choose at checkout.

How orders are fulfilled

Most orders are shipped directly by the supplier who makes or holds the product, rather than from a Kaiku warehouse. If your order includes items from more than one supplier, expect them to arrive as separate deliveries.

Installation

Where a supplier offers installation, it's available to select at checkout or on request — see the product page for details.

Staying updated

You'll receive updates at each stage of your order: confirmation, supplier acceptance, dispatch, tracking information and a delivery reminder.

If something goes wrong

Contact us directly rather than the supplier — we manage the relationship and stay your single point of contact until any delivery issue is resolved.
