Change of mind

If you change your mind, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in line with UK consumer law. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and complete with all accessories. Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. Depending on the situation, we'll offer a repair, replacement, replacement parts or a full refund.

Made-to-order products

Once a made-to-order item has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled unless required by law. Please make sure your specification is confirmed before production begins.

How refunds work

Refunds are issued to your original payment method as quickly as possible once we've received and inspected the returned item. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps.
