Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you order from Kaiku.

Pricing and order acceptance

If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. An order is only accepted once payment has been received, we've reviewed it, and the relevant supplier has accepted it for fulfilment.

Product availability and information

If a product becomes unavailable after you've ordered it, we'll explain the situation and let you choose between an alternative, waiting, or a full refund. Product information is provided in good faith from supplier data; occasionally minor errors or specification changes may occur despite our best efforts, and product images are illustrative — colours, finishes and natural materials can vary.

Your responsibilities

Before delivery and installation, you're responsible for confirming access routes, any required planning permission, electrical requirements, foundations, ground preparation, building regulations and any other site-specific requirements.

Events beyond our control

We aren't liable for delays caused by exceptional circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, shipping disruption or industrial action.

Fraud and misuse

We may refuse, suspend or cancel orders or accounts where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or misuse.

Intellectual property

Kaiku owns the branding, website design, the AI Visualiser, and all original content, buying guides, graphics and logos on this site, unless otherwise stated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
