How product warranties work at Kaiku.
Kaiku doesn't offer a separate warranty of its own — every product is covered by whatever warranty its manufacturer or supplier provides, for the length of time they specify. We manage the entire claim on your behalf, so you only ever need to contact us.
To start a claim, contact us with your order number, proof of purchase, a description of the fault, photographs, and any relevant serial numbers. We'll take it from there.
Depending on the manufacturer's policy, a valid claim may result in a repair, replacement parts, a full product replacement, or a refund.
Warranties don't typically cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised commercial use, normal wear and tear, poor maintenance or unauthorised modification.
If a fault develops outside the returns window and no manufacturer warranty applies, get in touch anyway — we assess these situations case by case and a refund or other resolution may still be possible.
