An indoor sauna is a different proposition from a garden cabin: no groundwork, no roof, no weather — but a real conversation about floor space, power and where the heat goes. Both cabins here are infrared, which is the format that makes an indoor installation practical, because it runs cooler and draws less than a traditional stove.
The SaunaPlunge Dales Glow comes in two-person and four-person sizes, in hemlock with glass fronts, both 190cm tall and between 105cm and 180cm on plan. Prices are £2,813 and £3,938.

Measure the plan and the ceiling. At 190cm tall these fit under a standard ceiling with clearance, but you also need to get the flat-packed panels into the room — check the door widths, the stair turn and any awkward landing before anything else.
Then the power. An infrared cabin plugs into a domestic supply, but it should be on a circuit that is not already loaded, and a dedicated socket is the sensible way to install one. Have an electrician confirm the circuit rather than assuming the nearest socket will do.
Choose the floor before the room. Hard, sealed and level: tile, sealed concrete, engineered board. Not carpet, and not an unsealed timber floor that will take up moisture from bodies rather than from steam — infrared is dry heat, but people are not.
Understand what infrared is. It heats you rather than the air, so the cabin sits around 45 to 60°C rather than 80 to 90°C and gets there in ten to fifteen minutes. Sessions run longer and feel gentler. If you specifically want a hot dry room and steam off rocks, that is a traditional sauna, and it is a different installation.
