Each sauna is supplied with detailed installation instructions, allowing competent DIY installation in approximately2 hours. If preferred, professional installation can be arranged for complete peace of mind.
Before delivery, please make sure:
- A flat, level indoor floor has been prepared.
- There is sufficient access through doors, hallways and staircases.
- A standard UK 13A power socket is located nearby.
- Adequate ventilation is available around the sauna.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects relating to:

If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace the affected component where appropriate, subject to the terms of the warranty.
