Chandelier or pendant light — and how much ceiling clearance?
A pendant wants at least 7ft (213cm) of floor clearance anywhere someone walks under it, and 75cm above a dining table specifically. Warm white or cool white — which for which room?

Satin nickel is a cooler metal than brass and disappears against most walls, which is the point of a floor lamp: the light matters and the stem should not. The white fabric shade diffuses rather than directs, so it lights the chair and the area around it.

An E27 bulb up to 60W, not included. It plugs in and has a switch on the flex, so it needs a socket within reach and no electrician.
