Chandelier or pendant light — and how much ceiling clearance?
A pendant wants at least 7ft (213cm) of floor clearance anywhere someone walks under it, and 75cm above a dining table specifically. A chandelier's more ornamental scale usually wants 8-9ft (244-274cm) of ceiling height to hang properly. The real difference between the two, and eight of our own lights measured against both rules.
Warm white or cool white — which for which room?

Where a 63cm lamp belongs
63cm tall on a 27cm round base. That height is the useful fact: a table lamp works when the bottom of its shade sits near the eye level of someone seated, which puts this one on a surface of about 55–70cm — a console, a sideboard, or a taller side table rather than a low one.
Clear crystal on a gold base refracts the light rather than absorbing it, so the lamp is bright at its own body as well as under its shade. That makes it a piece that reads as lit even when the room is not dark.

An E27 bulb up to 60W, not included. A warm 2700K bulb suits the gold; anything cooler turns the metal grey.
