Installation

The Bronte™ Traditional 6-Person Outdoor Cabin Sauna is supplied as a modular kit with comprehensive assembly instructions.

Professional installation is recommended due to the size of the sauna and the electrical requirements.

Before installation, please ensure:

• A solid, level base such as concrete, paving or reinforced decking has been prepared.
• There is sufficient access for delivery and assembly.
• Adequate drainage is available around the installation area.
• A dedicated electrical circuit is installed by a qualified electrician.

The included 6kW Harvia electric heater must be hard-wired by a qualified electrician in accordance with UK electrical regulations and the manufacturer’s installation instructions.

Delivery

FREE mainland UK delivery is included with every Bronte™ Traditional 6-Person Outdoor Cabin Sauna.

As each sauna is carefully prepared before dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–6 weeks from the date your order is confirmed.

Prior to delivery, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and provide any relevant access information.

Your sauna will arrive securely packaged to help ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Returns

We want you to purchase with complete confidence.

If your sauna arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Due to the size and nature of this product, return requests must be authorised before collection can be arranged.

To be eligible for a return, the sauna must:

• Be unused and unassembled where applicable.
• Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Warranty

The Bronte™ Traditional 6-Person Outdoor Cabin Sauna is backed by a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty for added peace of mind.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects relating to:

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage, neglect or failure to follow the supplied operating and maintenance instructions.
